KCC Mid-Cheshire Networking

Hi, I’m Nick Richards. I’ve been part of KCC since its inception, and I’m delighted to be the Ambassador for KCC Mid Cheshire at Hartford Hall. Admittedly, I had a bit of an inside track from day one, as my lovely wife Sue is the founder and CEO of KCC!

In the early days, Sue and I experienced most styles of business networking across the North West, and I genuinely believe KCC is unique, not just in its format, but in the ethos that runs through it. We care about each other and genuinely want to help each other’s businesses succeed. My philosophy is simple: grow others and you grow yourself. Support others and, in turn, they’ll support you.

One of the things I particularly love about KCC is the mix of people it brings together. You could have the CEO of a business employing a thousand people chatting with somebody who has just started their first small business. There’s no sector exclusivity and no hierarchy. Everyone has something to offer and everyone is equally welcome.

KCC Mid Cheshire at Hartford Hall is particularly special. Hartford Hall is a beautifully historic listed building, with wonderfully warm and welcoming staff, and our meetings take place in a lovely newly refurbished room. It’s a smaller, more intimate setting and our meetings are never huge, which I think makes Mid Cheshire a perfect introduction to KCC and our format. You have the opportunity to spend genuine time with every single person in the room, build real connections and get to know people properly, rather than simply collecting names and business cards.
