Meet the team

KKC Networking is a real community and at its heart are the KCC Ambassadors and Operations Team. Meet them here.

Sue Richards

KCC Founder

Hi, I'm Sue Richards, Founder of KCC Networking.

I believe one conversation can change the direction of your business.

That's because people buy people.

The strongest business relationships aren't built through quick introductions. They're built through genuine conversations, trust and getting to know one another over time.

That's why I created KCC Networking.

Our KCC Ambassadors

Our ambassadors host every KCC meeting and are there to make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. They’ll introduce you to other members and help you settle in, so there’s no awkward standing around or wondering how to join a conversation. You’ll feel part of the group from the start.

"For years I avoided networking because I disliked the format so I was thrilled when I met Sue and learned about KCC Networking.

The relaxed, no pressure format was perfect for me. We get to meet every single person in the room in a structured way and I leave feeling energised and armed with connections and opportunities.

I have been a member for three and a half years and I love it. Becoming a KCC Ambassador was an easy step to take."

"When I first walked into a KCC meeting, I discovered a completely different way of networking. Having always believed networking could feel forced and transactional, KCC changed the way I looked at it entirely. The relaxed atmosphere, genuine conversations and focus on building real relationships made me feel instantly at home. It’s that sense of connection and community that makes me excited to now represent KCC as an Ambassador."

KCC Networking is about growing people, growing the community and growing each other’s businesses. My beautiful wife, Sue, created KCC in 2020, so I’ve had a privileged front row seat watching this caring community grow and thrive.

As a busy jeweller and proud KCC Ambassador for Mid Cheshire, I’m humbled to be part of something that has genuinely changed the way I network. The unique format ensures everyone gets the opportunity to speak to everyone, while Sue works hard to create purpose made systems to bring plenty of relevant visitors to each meeting, driven by our members’ wants and needs.

Our KCC family is about genuine relationships, support and shared success, without the pressure or anxiety of traditional networking. We champion each other, share opportunities and help each other grow.

I have known Sue for 10 years and have always admired the inclusive way she welcomes and supports KCC members. She has also supported several charity initiatives I have been involved with, so I’m delighted to become the Crewe & Nantwich Ambassador and help local businesses connect, collaborate and create a positive impact in their community.

I have been in KCC for about 3 years, I do a lot of networking in the Northwest, and I have to say KCC is by far the best.

For me, the key things are no heavy sales pitch, friendly atmosphere and a group of friends who will try their best to help you.

As soon as I experienced KCCs high vibe, friendly and inclusive format I knew this was exactly the right community for me.

Positive energy is my superpower and being able to share this by supporting members and guests to increase their physical, mental and financial wellbeing is a real privilege.

Hi, I’m Kerry Truelove and I'm delighted to be a KCC Ambassador.

What I love most about KCC is the welcoming and supportive atmosphere, where building genuine relationships comes before selling. I am particularly passionate about helping people who may not feel confident walking into a networking room on their own, making introductions and ensuring everyone feels included and comfortable. You'll always find a friendly welcome, valuable connections, and a community that genuinely wants to see each other succeed. Come along and join us. You'll never be left standing on your own, and by the end of the meeting you'll have met a room full of like-minded professionals.

I work closely with Sue behind the scenes to help keep KCC running smoothly and growing, supporting everything from operations, marketing and communications to membership and guest support.

I assist with KCC emails and event updates, while working with Sue to build relationships with guests, support the member journey and help people get more value from being part of the KCC community.

I love being part of KCC because it’s a genuinely supportive community where people connect, collaborate and help each other grow.

Four years ago I walked into my first KCC meeting and knew I’d found my networking home.

The relaxed atmosphere combined with the structured “meet everyone one the room” format convinced me to sign up on the spot.

Restarting my business after time out for cancer treatment was always going to be a daunting prosect. One of the best decisions I made was joining KCC before my relaunch, it gave me something I really needed at that point. People to talk to, people to learn from, people who understood what it was like to run a business. And, perhaps most importantly, people who helped me rebuild my confidence.

KCC hasn't just been about finding clients. It's given me a network of genuinely supportive business owners and helped me feel part of a local business community again. Sometimes restarting isn't about having all the answers, it's about finding the right people to help you take the next step. And for me, joining KCC was one of those steps.
