Whilst I am interested in speaking to, sharing experiences with, and learning from any business owner (as we all know life can be tough and we all need support) there is a sub-set of people who would perhaps benefit from meeting me:

1.) Anyone who currently owns an investment property, whether that's by accidental acquisition due to lifestyle changes, or a deliberate investment choice.

How is that currently going for them at the moment?
It's not like it used to be is it!...
Legislation changes. Tax Changes. Increased accountabilities & Liabilities. Decreasing Profits. Increasing Costs. Anti-landlord rhetoric from Government (Current & Future).

No wonder so many are wondering whether it's worth it anymore...

2.) Anyone who wants to own a portfolio of investment properties, but has either been burnt in the past or simply doesn't know how or where to start.

To make a viable investment, it's no longer simply a case of buying a cheap property, doing it up and flogging it (as my most recent client said after spending 50K on a major refurb and running out of money before it's all finished and can't afford to do anymore...)

3.) Anyone who knows of someone who is struggling with the sale of their residential property?

How many times has it fallen through......?
How many agents have they tried.............?
How much longer can they wait................?
How much more stress can they take.......?

4.) Anyone who wants to buy a property, whether it's their new home to reside in or a holiday home to relax at, but doesn't have the time for the arduous burden of booking and attending viewings, getting gazumped, and all the stresses that go with purchasing a property.

Wouldn't it be beneficial if someone else did all the hard work for them?
