(Think collecting prescriptions or dry cleaning, gift sourcing and wrapping if needed). Plus booking all those appointments for dentists, hairdresser, nails etc and reminding you on the day.

I have been known to pack the odd suitcase, handwrite Christmas cards for clients and visit the elderly mother of a client in hospital while she was on a business trip to China.
